How to use
Rinse one ounce of dry moss. Soak in spring water for twelve to twenty-four hours, changing water once. Blend with fresh water to a thick gel. Refrigerate in a glass jar. Use within three weeks.

Sea moss has become loud online — claims about it being a 'superfood' that does ninety different things. Most of those claims aren't supported.
What it actually is: a sea vegetable that carries iodine, magnesium, potassium and a few other minerals. Eaten as a gel, it's a gentle way to get those minerals.
