Most people come to me because something has been going on for a while and they're tired of guessing. The consultation is meant to take the guessing out.
Twenty dollars for the call, refunded against your first formula. By video or by phone — whichever you find easier to talk on.
Before
We'll send you a short intake form so I can prepare. Symptoms, history, anything you've already tried.
During
Forty-five minutes by video or phone. We'll talk through what's going on and what to start with.
After
A written summary with the recommended formulas, dosing, and follow-up notes. By email, within a day.
