Shipping and returns.

Most formulas are made to order. Standard turnaround is three business days from order to ship. Shipping within the United States is by USPS Priority Mail, free over $75.

We ship to Canada. For other countries, please write to us first — some plants are restricted at customs and we'd rather not have your order seized.

If a bottle arrives damaged, we replace it. We don't accept returns of opened bottles for safety reasons. If a formula doesn't work for you, write and tell us — we usually have a better fit.
