We collect what we need to run the shop and nothing more. Your name, email, and shipping address when you order. Your symptom questionnaire responses when you take the finder. The questions you ask during a consultation.

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run trackers on this site other than our own server logs and a privacy-respecting analytics tool (no personal data, no cookies). Stripe handles payment — we never see your card.

You can ask us to delete everything we have on you at any time. Email hello@natromed.com and we'll do it within a few days.
