How to use
One heaping teaspoon per cup of just-off-the-boil water. Steep covered for five minutes.

I built this for people who can't drink coffee in the morning but still want something warming and stimulating.
Schisandra is the interesting one. It's an adaptogen — a plant that helps the body manage stress. It has a tart, almost berry-like edge that balances the warming ginger.
