Ingredients
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), rose petal (Rosa damascena), linden flower (Tilia cordata), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), tulsi (Ocimum sanctum).
How to use
One teaspoon per cup of just-off-the-boil water. Steep covered for seven minutes. Drink ninety minutes before bed.
